Preservice Teacher Education Programs

UW-Madison's School of Education is one of the top teacher education programs in the country. A strong university-schools partnership has served to improve the quality of preservice teacher education programs for Madison-area school districts. Collaborating with practicing teachers, the university's teacher-preparation programs merge the content of university courses with the practices necessary to meet challenges in the classroom.
